Focusing on all the minor details of speed training baseball performance training, you are left with the latest, cutting edge methodologies to help shave seconds off your times!
Quick and efficient mobility routine that allows you to unlock areas of the hips, spine, and shoulders to enhance your ability to MOVE FASTER!
Dynamic WARM UP
This is a quick and efficient dynamic warm-up to prep the body for training and reduce risk of injury.
Enhance BODY AWARENESS and COORDINATION with simple drills to improve overall athleticism.
With the focus of generating a great amount of force in a short amount of time, the program consists of a series of “BURST” exercises to get our body moving. These movements will get our central nervous system (CNS) ready for the workout up ahead.
We have built a specific speed training routine based on the demands of this game: strength, speed, and power. Speed training will rely heavily on straight away speed, quick bursts, and core work.
Each workout will conclude with a cool down. The idea here is to get your heart rate to return to normal as fast as possible, wind down, and get the body back to its normal state.
